Important Information About CashAtUSA Loans & Your Responsibilities

Disclosure

This Disclosure is intended to give you a clear, plain-language summary of how CashAtUSA loans work, what you can expect when you apply, and the key responsibilities that come with borrowing. It is not a substitute for your actual loan agreement and required regulatory disclosures, which you should read carefully before you agree to any loan.

Overview of CashAtUSA Loans

CashAtUSA offers short-term installment loans designed to help cover unexpected or urgent expenses, such as emergency bills, repairs, or other short-term cash needs. These products are not intended to be a long-term financial strategy or a solution for ongoing monthly shortages.

The specific terms of any loan – including the amount, repayment schedule, fees, and other conditions – will be disclosed in your individual loan agreement before you choose to accept or decline the offer.

This page provides general information only. The legally binding terms for your loan are found in the loan agreement and accompanying disclosures provided to you at approval.

Appropriate Use & Eligibility

Our loans are meant for short-term use. Repeated, back-to-back borrowing or relying on short-term loans as a regular source of income can lead to financial difficulties. You should consider whether a CashAtUSA loan is the right option for your situation and explore alternatives where appropriate.

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the minimum legal age to contract in your state of residence;
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
  • You are applying for yourself and not on behalf of another person;
  • You will use the funds only for lawful purposes.

Product availability, loan amounts, and terms may vary by state and are subject to applicable law. CashAtUSA may not offer loans in every state.

Application, Approval & Funding

Completing an online application authorizes CashAtUSA to review your information and determine whether you qualify for a loan. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create any obligation for CashAtUSA to extend credit.

If approved, you will receive a loan agreement summarizing:

  • The principal amount (loan amount);
  • Any applicable finance charges, interest, or fees;
  • The number, amount, and due dates of your payments;
  • Any late or returned payment fees; and
  • Other important rights and obligations.

Once you review and accept your loan terms (typically via electronic signature), funds are usually sent to your designated bank account via electronic transfer, according to the timelines in your agreement. Funding times can vary based on bank processing and other factors.

Bank Account Authorization

When you accept a loan, you may authorize CashAtUSA and its service providers to initiate electronic debits and credits to your bank account in order to:

  • Deliver your loan proceeds;
  • Collect scheduled payments and authorized fees; and
  • Correct any erroneous transactions, where permitted by law.

If a scheduled payment is returned unpaid, we may attempt to re-initiate the debit or collect by other lawful methods, as described in your agreement. Ensure that sufficient funds are available on each payment date to avoid returned transactions, fees, and potential impacts to your account status.

Right to Cancel (Rescission)

Your loan agreement may provide a limited time period after funding during which you can cancel the loan without incurring finance charges, by returning the full principal amount. Any rescission right, if available, will be clearly stated in your documents.

To cancel within the permitted timeframe, you must follow the specific instructions in your agreement. This may include contacting us at support@cashatusa.com and repaying the principal by the stated deadline.

Fraud, Misrepresentation & Identity Checks

Providing false information, using someone else’s identity, or attempting to obtain a loan through fraudulent means is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

To help protect our customers and our business, CashAtUSA may:

  • Validate the information you provide using third-party databases;
  • Request additional documents to verify your identity or income; and
  • Report suspected fraud to law enforcement or other authorities.

Credit Reporting & Account Information

Depending on applicable laws and our reporting practices, information about your account may be shared with consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus). This can include:

  • Loan opening and the amount borrowed;
  • Your payment history (including late or missed payments);
  • Default, charge-off, or other negative events associated with your account.

Late or missed payments may harm your credit standing. On-time payments may contribute positively to your credit profile. If you believe information we reported is inaccurate, you should contact us and/or the credit bureau directly.

Electronic Communications & Records

When you do business with CashAtUSA online or by phone, you may consent to receive documents and disclosures electronically. Where allowed by law:

  • Electronic signatures, clicks, or typed names may be used to accept terms and have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures;
  • Electronic copies of your loan documents and communications may be used as evidence just like paper originals;
  • You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current.

You may have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic communications, or to request paper copies, as described in your loan agreement or e-sign consent.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Your loan agreement may include an arbitration provision that affects how disputes are resolved, including limits on bringing or joining class actions. You should read that section carefully.

Typically, an arbitration provision provides that most disputes arising out of or relating to your loan or your relationship with CashAtUSA will be decided by a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury. Arbitration procedures are usually more informal, and discovery may be more limited than in court.

The specific rules, any right to opt out, and which types of claims are covered will be described in your loan documents. If you have questions about these provisions, you may wish to consult an attorney before agreeing to the loan.

State-Specific Notices & Contact Information

Additional notices or disclosures may apply based on your state of residence and the type of product offered to you. These will be provided with your loan agreement or as separate forms, where required by law.

Consumer Note

CashatUSA.com is not a lender and therefore cannot determine whether or not you are ultimately approved for a short term loan, nor can we determine the amount of credit you may be offered. Instead, we facilitate business relationships between consumers like you and the lenders in our network. CashatUSA.com does not charge an application fee. Our purpose and goal is to match you with one or more lenders from within our network who can provide you with the cash you need in an emergency. We will never act as an agent or representative for any of our lenders, so you can rest comfortably in the knowledge that you will receive fair and competitive offers with only the best rates and fees available to you.

In order to apply for a short-term loan through CashatUSA.com, you should first fill out our short, easy and secure application. Once you click to submit it, this information will be forwarded throughout our network of lenders who will review your details and determine whether or not they can offer you a credit. Since each lender is different and we have no say in the rates and fees you are charged for a loan, we urge you to take the time to review the details of each offer you receive very carefully before you accept or decline it. Once you have found a loan offer that works for you, you will be asked to provide your electronic signature; this binds you into a contract with the lender which means that you are legally obligated to adhere to the terms in the loan agreement. You are never under any obligation to accept an offer from any lender and you may cancel the process at any time without penalty. We will not be held accountable for any charges or terms presented to you by any lender and we are not responsible for any business agreement between you and any lender. Short-term loans are not available in all states. Short-term loans are not a long term financial solution.

Most of the lenders in our network will not perform traditional credit checks on consumers, but those who do will typically use alternative means such as TeleTrack or DP. These methods will not affect your FICO® credit score! In any, way and simply tell the lender whether or not you are currently in bankruptcy or if you have any outstanding or default loans with other short-term lenders.
